These terms govern your use of WorkLife's website, estimator, booking and application tools. By using them you agree to these terms.
01Who we are
WorkLife operates a marketplace that licenses de-identified business data and expert work to AI research organisations. "We" means WorkLife and its affiliates.
02Using the site
You may use the site to request an estimate, book a call, apply as an expert, refer a company or request data. You agree to give accurate information and not to misuse the site, attempt to access it by automated means, or interfere with its operation.
03Estimates are not offers
Payout ranges shown by the estimator are indicative only. A binding payout is set only in a signed Seller Data Agreement after review of sources, volume, quality, access terms and due diligence.
04Referrals
Referral bonuses are governed by the program terms on the Refer page. We may withhold a bonus where a referral is duplicated, self-referred or obtained without the contact's permission.
05Intellectual property
The site, its content and the WorkLife name and logo belong to WorkLife. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
06Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, WorkLife is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
07Changes and contact
